Mike Zhang

Mike Zhang has a strong background in corporate development and private equity, currently serving in Corporate Development at ION since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Private Equity Associate at Great Hill Partners from September 2022 to November 2024, focusing on digital commerce investments. Zhang has also acted as a Board Observer for Bombas and Custom Ink during the same period. Earlier experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Financo from August 2020 to July 2022, where contributions included notable transactions such as the sale of Hero Cosmetics to Church & Dwight for $630M. Zhang's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Computing and Data Sciences from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Teaching Fellow position in Advanced Corporate Finance.
