Tom C.

Tom C. is an experienced media professional, currently serving as Chief of Staff at ION since February 2022. Previously, Tom held various senior editorial roles at Mergermarket from December 2012 to February 2022, including Managing Editor overseeing over 50 reporters across North America and leading editorial teams in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Mergermarket, Tom managed a team at Dealreporter Asia-Pacific, focusing on breaking news and analysis in M&A and capital markets. Tom's career also includes positions with Financial Times as a reporter on UK companies and with Chambers & Partners as a researcher/writer covering UK capital markets. Tom began a career in publishing at Famous Hotels, editing and publishing works on renowned hotels. Tom holds a B.A. (Hons) in History and Spanish from The University of Manchester.
