Itai Conradi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations. Currently serving as a Tier 3 SME and Testing Technician at IONNA since April 2024, Itai is responsible for processing and triaging support tickets, as well as improving the escalation process for Tier 2 tickets. Previously, as the Tier 2 Support Specialist Lead at IONNA, Itai developed operational processes, created troubleshooting guides, and provided training for team members. Itai also held the position of Electric Vehicle Support Specialist at ABB E-mobility and gained experience with key roles in customer service and management at companies such as Verizon, Enterprise Holdings, Cellular Sales, and others. Itai holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
