Peter Ellis

Peter Ellis is an experienced professional in the field of electrochemistry and catalysis, currently serving as the Senior Product Line Manager for Electrolyser at Ionomr Innovations Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Peter held several key positions at Johnson Matthey from August 2001 to March 2025, including Senior Principal Technical Expert, where technical leadership was provided across PEM and AEM electrolyser technologies, as well as Director roles within the Green Hydrogen business. Peter's extensive career also encompasses significant research contributions as a Senior Principal Scientist and Post-doctoral Researcher, focusing on hydrogen peroxide synthesis and catalyst development. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Catalysis and dual BSc degrees in Chemistry from Trevelyan College, University of Durham.
