Abby Kranz Ornstein

Abby Kranz Ornstein currently serves as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development and People Business Partners at IonQ, leading the People Business Partner team and collaborating strategically with executive leaders. Previously, Abby held roles at Amazon, including Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Head of HR for Alexa AI. Prior experience includes significant HR leadership positions at Nordstrom and Nike, where Abby contributed to talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Additionally, Abby is a founding Board Secretary of the West Sound Soccer Academy, focused on empowering girls and women in soccer. Academic qualifications include an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from Bates College.
