Carleigh Weber

Carleigh Weber (Lytle) currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Management at IonQ, a position held since April 2022, having previously advanced through several roles including Senior Manager of Supply Chain. Prior to joining IonQ, Carleigh held multiple senior management positions at Textron Systems from April 2016 to April 2022, overseeing areas such as inventory compliance, production control, logistics, and master planning. Earlier experience includes positions at Textron Specialized Vehicles and Textron, where Carleigh was a Commodity Manager and participated in the Leadership Development Program, respectively. Carleigh Weber (Lytle) earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management and Management Information Systems from Miami University between 2007 and 2011.
