Richard Pym, MBA, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Global Digitalisation & IT Manager at IONWAY, where efforts focus on establishing a global EV battery components manufacturing company centered on digital and data strategies. Prior roles include Head of Technology at Etex, overseeing IT collaboration, workplace, network, and cloud services for 11,000 employees, as well as leading various strategic IT initiatives. Richard has a background as an Independent Consultant, EMEA ICT Director at Tessenderlo Group, and has worked in multiple capacities at KONE, including Solution Owner and Project Manager for SAP implementations. Educational credentials include an MBA in Financial and Strategic Management from Coventry University, MSG from Université de Caen Normandie, and a BA(Hons) in European Business Administration from Cardiff University.
