Aravind Raj Loganathan

Aravind Raj Loganathan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR teams and managing personnel administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at iOPEX Technologies since August 2023, Aravind previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Associate at LTIMindtree from June 2018 to February 2023. Prior to this, Aravind worked as a Project Trainee at LTI from August 2017 to May 2018. Aravind holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from R.M.K Engineering College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Anna University, along with an SSLC in Computer Science from the State Board.
