Kevin Trulock has over two decades of experience in training, quality assurance, and technical support within the software and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Training Program Manager and Quality Assurance specialist at iostudio since May 2004, Kevin specializes in training on marketing software, content management systems, and Google Analytics, while also providing technical support for marketing operations across all 50 states. Previous experience includes a role as a Web Designer and Software Technical Support at CNA Insurance, where Kevin trained agents on software and managed web design initiatives. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University.
