Justin Custer

Justin Custer is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. since January 2022, Justin previously held significant roles at Genentech from April 2012 to December 2021, including Regulatory Program Director focused on advertising and promotion, where responsibilities included chairing Medical, Legal, Regulatory review committees for various product teams. Earlier positions at Gilead Sciences and City of Hope involved coordinating regulatory processes and supporting early-phase regulatory affairs for research projects. Justin holds a Master of Bioscience in Clinical and Regulatory Affairs from the Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
