Jesse Freeman

Jesse Freeman is a Telecommunications Design Specialist at the Iowa Department of Transportation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jesse served as an Account Manager at Communication Innovators from October 2007 to September 2022, where a comprehensive suite of technology services was provided to enhance operational capabilities. Earlier in the career, Jesse held the position of Resident Manager at Grand View Lodge, a premier resort in Minnesota, from 1997 to 2007, contributing to the guest experience in a leisure environment. Additionally, Jesse gained experience as a Recreation Coordinator during a spring internship at the City of Ames Parks and Recreation in late 1998. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure Services Programming from the University of Northern Iowa, completed in 1999.
