John Heim

John Heim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both creative and administrative roles. As a Freelance Boardgame Designer at Master of My Destiny since November 2000, John has cultivated a passion for simulation and war gaming, leading to interest from a legitimate publisher for one of their designs. Concurrently, John has served as a Forms Manager at the Iowa Department of Transportation since 2000, overseeing the creation and revision of a comprehensive suite of approximately 1,200 forms. Previous experiences include a Special Projects Manager position at Budget Marketing, focusing on cost control and targeted marketing, and Assistant Manager at MarketLink, where John managed a telemarketing team. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University and a High School Diploma from Immaculata High School.
