Kelly Popp

Kelly Popp has over two decades of experience in program management and education. Currently serving as the ERMS Program Manager at the Iowa Department of Transportation since September 2003, Kelly previously worked at Iowa State University from June 1994 to September 2003 as a Program Coordinator and an Adjunct Professor focusing on Digital Production and Graphic Design Practicum. Kelly holds a CPM Certificate in Public Administration from Drake University, earned between 2014 and 2015, and has completed extensive coursework towards a master's degree in Graphic Design at Iowa State University, where a BFA in Graphic Design was also obtained.
