Larry Grant

Larry Grant currently serves as the State Safety Planner for the Iowa Department of Transportation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Larry Grant worked with the Iowa State Patrol from December 1992 to June 2022, holding various positions including Administration Operations Captain, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a $65 million budget for equipment procurement and Human Resources. Throughout the tenure at the Iowa State Patrol, Larry Grant progressed through ranks from Trooper to Captain, fulfilling all required duties associated with these positions.
