Linda Torgeson

Linda Torgeson has an extensive background in network security and mainframe systems. Since August 2017, Linda has served as a Mainframe Analyst at AVID Technical Resources. Prior to this role, Linda has been a Network Security Administrator at the Iowa Department of Transportation since 1983, holding various certifications such as CISM, CCSA/CCSE, and JNCIA-Junos, and overseeing critical security functions including agency firewalls and remote access. Earlier in Linda's career, a position was held as a Systems Programmer at Donnelley Marketing, addressing systems capacity issues on the mainframe. Linda's education includes studies at Des Moines Area Community College from 1979 to 1981 and graduating from Colo High School in 1978.
