Thomas Reis

Thomas Reis, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with a comprehensive background in project management and specifications development. Currently serving as a Resident Project Representative at Stanley Consultants since December 2021, Thomas Reis also holds a long-standing role as Manager of the Specifications Section at the Iowa Department of Transportation since May 1983. In this capacity, Thomas Reis oversees the specification development process to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing the safety and efficiency of Iowa's transportation system. Prior roles include Proposal Contract Manager and Assistant Resident Construction Engineer, focusing on project bidding and construction administration.
