Ross Loder

Ross Loder is an experienced professional with a robust background in public policy and administration. Currently serving as the Deputy State Court Administrator and previously as a Research, Policy, and Planning Analyst at the Iowa Judicial Branch since March 2019, Ross has extensive experience in public safety as the Bureau Chief, Policy Advisor, and Legislative Liaison at the Iowa Department of Public Safety from April 2005 to March 2019. Ross's early career includes roles as Deputy Director at the Tennessee Municipal League and Senior Research Associate at the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations. Academic credentials include a Master's in Public Policy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a high school diploma from St. John's Northwestern Academies.
