Jan Nováček

Jan Nováček is a seasoned professional in user experience design and product leadership, currently serving as the Product/UX Lead at IP Fabric since November 2022. With a robust freelance background as a Senior UX Architect since May 2020, Jan previously held prominent roles such as Head of Product & UX at Srovnejto.cz and Head of User Experience Design at MallGroup. Jan's experience includes significant contributions as Team Leader at MallGroup and UX Architect at Rockaway. Prior roles include User Experience Designer at AVG Technologies and an internship in interaction design. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Open Informatics with a specialization in Software Engineering and Interaction, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Software Technologies and Management, both from the Czech Technical University in Prague, and possesses a strong technical foundation from Střední průmyslová škola elektrotechnická.
