Kai Vervoort is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in CFO roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Group CFO and CFO for IP Parking and Stadsparkeren since January 2021, Kai oversees finance, tax, strategy, and corporate development. Previous experiences include part-time CFO roles at CFOLab and Gen25, and a management consultant position at Vanderlande, where responsibilities included developing service strategies and innovation roadmaps. Kai's expertise in mergers and acquisitions was cultivated through consultancy positions at Aeternus BV and Govers Accountants/Adviseurs, where significant M&A and corporate finance initiatives were established. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and ongoing executive education in Business Valuation at TIAS School for Business and Society.
