Ethan Halmi currently serves as a Law Enforcement Response Specialist at IP House since January 2018 and has been working as a Law Enforcement Response Specialist II and Privacy & Compliance Specialist at IP Services, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to these roles, Ethan contributed to marketing and development efforts at L'Arche Erie, Inc. from February 2017 to June 2017. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, earned between 2013 and 2017.
