Allison Parker is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and paramedicine. Currently serving as an Intake Worker and Innovation Lead for the Transgender, Gender Diverse & Non-Binary Innovation Challenge at IPC Health since April 2013, Allison previously worked as a Paramedic at Ambulance Victoria and held roles at Werribee Mercy Hospital and Western Health in various nursing capacities, including Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Emergency Department. With degrees from Federation University Australia, the University of Melbourne, and Victoria University, Allison possesses specialized training in advanced clinical nursing and paramedicine, enhancing skills in emergency care and innovation within the healthcare sector.
