Kate Thomas is a seasoned professional in community health and engagement with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Care at IPC Health since June 2024, Kate previously held multiple roles at DPV Health from July 2017 to June 2024, including Inclusion and Community Engagement Lead, Population Health Team Leader (Acting), Population Health Inclusion Coordinator, and COVID Exposure Response Lead. Prior to DPV Health, Kate worked at Dianella Health and as a Community Liaison Officer at Roxburgh Rise Primary School, where community hubs were developed to empower local families. Early career roles included health promotion positions focused on community well-being and violence prevention against women. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from La Trobe University and a VCE Certificate from Keilor Downs College.
