Kalynn O'Shea

KaLynn O'Shea is an accomplished tax and treasury professional with extensive experience in leading tax functions across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Tax & Treasury at IPC Systems, Inc., KaLynn has successfully built a global team, enhancing the centralized management of tax responsibilities and improving operational efficiencies. Previously held roles include Associate Director of M&A Tax at Carrier, where oversight of a multi-billion-dollar divestiture was key, and Director of Americas Tax at Arxada, focusing on the development of tax operating models. Additional experience includes senior tax management positions at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, and Johnson Controls, where responsibilities encompassed tax planning, compliance, and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. KaLynn holds a Tax LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law and a J.D. from the University of Florida.
