David Rafter

David Rafter serves as the Independent and Non Executive Chairman of ASX listed IPD Group Ltd since September 2019, overseeing operations within the electrical construction and maintenance sector. As an Approved Advisor for the Advisory Board Centre, David supports entrepreneurs by establishing commercially focused board structures. David also contributes to DMB Engineering as an Advisory Board Member, aiding in strategic planning and governance. Previously, David was CEO of WebFM until May 2023, leading innovations in building and facilities management, and held the CEO position at First 5 Minutes Group, enhancing fire safety and emergency training. David's extensive experience includes various directorships and executive roles across multiple sectors, including Transport Infrastructure at Transfield Services and project management at Pon Project Services. David holds a Master of Design Science in Facilities Management from the University of Sydney and an MBA in Strategic Management from Charles Sturt University.
