Lois Day

Lois Day is the Founder and Managing Partner of 3 Sisters Ventures, a London-based venture capital firm focused on gender-smart investing, and serves as a Venture Partner in the Deeptech team at IP Group plc. With a strong track record in technology investments, Day has also led IP Group's Diversity & Inclusion Committee, achieving first place in the Honordex Top Ten Inclusive VC Index in 2024. Additional roles include being an Investor in various startups addressing women's health, wellbeing, and financial safety, as well as serving as a Board Observer at Econic Technologies Ltd. Day holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
