Chris Cella

Chris Cella is an accomplished professional in product management with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as AVP of Product Operations at iPipeline since April 2024, Chris has held several leadership roles in prominent organizations. Previously, as Sr. Director of Product Management at Appcast, Inc., Chris led user experience and product operations. At UKG, Chris was the Director of Product Management, focusing on integrated Talent Acquisition technology. Chris also contributed significantly as Vice President of Product Management at GR8 People and Director of Product Management at Symphony Talent, overseeing product strategy and performance. Earlier in Chris's career, roles included Product Leader at First Advantage and Marketing and Communications Manager at TruStar Solutions, among others. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
