Stefan Petersen

Stefan Petersen is a Senior Business Analyst at iPipeline, beginning in February 2024, responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and developers on platform improvements, implementing technical support processes, and participating in system testing for policy migration projects. Previously, Stefan served as a Software Business Analyst at Trupanion, where development processes were revamped, and a significant productivity increase was achieved within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development team. As a Technical Business Analyst at BIMM, Stefan led requirements gathering for major redesigns of Audi's online platform and acted as interim Project Manager. Stefan's early career included roles as a Business Systems Analyst and IT Solutions Developer at TD, a Software Engineer at Energy Profiles Limited, and a test engineer intern at IBM. Educationally, Stefan holds a degree in Software Design from Queen's University, completed in 2017.
