The Company's offer is above all addressed to domestic and foreign corporate customers and also includes the access to developed foreign stock markets as well as emerging markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated three subsidiaries, wholly owned Ipopema Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and Ipopema Asset Management, as well as 50.02%-owned Ipopema Business Consulting Sp. z o.o.
