Yanni Marmarou is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at IPRG since February 2023, Yanni oversees the New Jersey office and acts as the broker of record. Yanni is also the founder of The Marmarou Team, established in August 2019. Prior to these roles, Yanni held positions at B6 Real Estate Advisors, The Collective Real Estate Services, and Robert K. Futterman and Associates, showcasing a robust background in leasing and investment sales. Yanni's career began in 2004, with roles in geographic information systems and commercial real estate appraisal. Yanni holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and has further education at New York University.
