Omar R. has extensive experience in the field of machine learning operations and software engineering, currently serving in the ML Ops role at iProov since September 2022. Previously, Omar R. held various positions at ASOS.com for over a decade, including ML Ops in A.I./Data Science, where responsibilities included managing a flow-line forecast project to aid retail buyers, and serving as a Senior Platform Engineer focused on AI proof of concepts and Azure Data Bricks. Earlier career roles included Senior QA Engineer and Platform Engineer at Allen & Overy, and Software Consultant positions at fmisolutions and Linx Printing Technologies, starting as a Research and Development Engineer. Omar R. holds a dual degree of MEng & MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 1997.
