Charles Juliana

Charles 'Chuck' Juliana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at IPS-Integrated Project Services LLC since August 2016, Juliana leads the company's global legal and compliance teams, as well as its risk management and ethics programs. In addition to this role, Juliana has been Of Counsel at Juliana Law Offices since March 2015, focusing on complex project development and risk management. Previously, Juliana held senior legal positions at AECOM, where responsibilities included serving as a global legal advisor and supporting project performance and profitability.
