Engrid Silva

Engrid Silva is an experienced engineer with a strong background in validation and commissioning qualification and validation (CQV) within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Engineer II, CQV at IPS-Integrated Project Services since May 2023, Engrid previously held roles as a Validation Engineer at Bristol Myers Squibb from July 2021 to December 2023 and as a CQV Specialist at DPS Group Global. Engrid's experience also includes working as a Senior Manufacturing Operator at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a Clinical Manufacturing Operator in CAR-T at Bristol Myers Squibb. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Chemist at Aerotech Processing Solutions, where responsibilities involved quality control of metal parts for aerospace clients, and as a Patient Navigator for the American Cancer Society. Engrid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Peter's University.
