Matthew Wilbanks

Matthew Wilbanks serves as the Operations Director, Regional at IPS-Integrated Project Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Wilbanks was the Operations Manager at Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023. Wilbanks’ extensive experience at CRB from July 2013 to January 2022 includes positions as Director of Life Sciences, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Additionally, Wilbanks was part of the Leadership Team at SlateXpace, a CRB solution focused on aiding ATMP manufacturers with product development and market entry. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Optum Construction Group from February 2009 to July 2013 and a Governor’s Intern at the State of Georgia's Office of Planning and Budget in 2008. Matthew Wilbanks holds a Master of Public Administration in Budgeting and Finance from The University of Georgia, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of West Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of West Georgia.
