Michael Avant

Michael Avant serves as Vice President and Senior Director for the New England Region at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, overseeing business development, design, and project execution since December 2014. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Director for the New England Region at Parsons from 1999 to 2007, and served as Vice President at RUST International from 1994 to 1997, where Michael was also the President of Rust Constructors. Michael Avant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Houston, completing studies between 1971 and 1975.
