Noel Gaule

Noel Gaule currently serves as Vice President of Global Quality at Ipsen, leading the Quality Organisation for the global Tech Ops manufacturing network since January 2025. With extensive experience in quality management across various pharmaceutical sectors, Noel has previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Takeda, including Vice President of Global Quality and Head of Quality, External Operations. Additionally, Noel has contributed as an honorary lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and has gained valuable experience in quality assurance operations at MSD, Abbott, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Academic achievements include a Master's in Business Administration from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MSc in Industrial Pharmacy from RCSI, and a BSc in Analytical Science from Dublin City University.
