Natalie Dahlem

Natalie Dahlem serves as the Head of HR for EMEA at Ipsos since August 2023, focusing on building high-performance organizations alongside business leaders. Prior to that, Natalie held various senior HR roles at GfK - An NIQ Company from September 2017 to August 2023, including Vice-President HR for West & Southern Europe and Global HR Business Partner for Commercial Excellence, where responsibilities included leading the digital transformation of GfK across multiple European countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Director for Southern & Western Europe at GfK from 2010 to 2015, and HR roles at organizations such as LMS International, Cisco, Ungermann-Bass, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages from UC Leuven-Limburg.
