Imogen Joss

Imogen Joss has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Imogen is currently a Non-Executive Director at SThree, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chair at Grant Thornton UK LLP, a leading financial and business adviser, from July 2017. Imogen has also held the role of Senior Independent Director and Chair of Remuneration Committee at Fintel since January 2021. Imogen Joss has held Non-Executive Director positions at IPSX, Envetec Sustainable Technologies, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Interswitch Group, Gowling WLG, and Gresham Tech. Imogen has been involved in strategic decision-making, governance, and remuneration committee leadership across these organizations. Additionally, they have had experience as the President of Platts, a renowned global energy and commodities data provider, where they completed several acquisitions and transformed the operating and analytics models. Imogen Joss has a strong background in financial services, law, and technology industries.

Imogen Joss completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. In 2016, they also obtained a Non Executive Diploma in Board Governance from the Financial Times NED Diploma program.
