Donnabell Dmello

Donnabell Dmello is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at IPSY since July 2018, Donnabell has successfully led engineering teams to deliver various software components while collaborating with product managers on scoping and feasibility assessments. Previous positions include roles at Teamcore Research Lab, where Donnabell worked on AI-driven solutions, and at Germin8, where new product development followed Agile methodologies. Donnabell began the professional journey at Persistent Systems, maintaining projects for virtual machine provisioning. Academically, Donnabell holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
