Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of IPTS - Interplanetary Talent Services since January 2024, and previously as Head of Talent Acquisition at Protocol Labs since October 2021, Ian has a proven track record in technical recruiting from tenure at Facebook, where positions held included Technical Recruiting Lead, Technical Recruiter, and Technical Sourcer. Prior experience includes senior roles at Centro and Cielo Talent, focusing on full life cycle recruitment and talent acquisition coordination. Ian's foundational experience encompasses earlier positions in sales, consulting, and research assistant roles during academic pursuits at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religious Studies was obtained.
