Abayeva Zhanar

Zhanar Abayeva has a solid work experience in the field of HR and general services. Abayeva is currently working as an HR Director at iQ Solutions since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy HR Director at KazTransOil from June 2019 to February 2021. Zhanar also gained valuable experience at Agip Karachaganak B.V (ENI Kazakhstan branch), where they held the positions of HR Advisor and Recruitment & Training Specialist from December 2017 to June 2019, and from October 2014 to December 2017, respectively. Before that, Zhanar worked at Eni, where they worked as a Recruitment Specialist from September 2013 to October 2014, as a General Services & Travel Specialist from July 2012 to August 2013, and as a General Services Administrator from May 2010 to June 2012.

Abayeva Zhanar obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from the State Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Philology, from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Zhanar has acquired several certifications. In September 2018, they became a Certified Human Resources Manager through the International Academy of Business and Financial Management. In September 2014, they completed the "Effective interview. Training for recruiters" certification program offered by CEB | SHL Talent Measurement. In November 2013, Zhanar completed the HR familiarization program at ENI E&P (San Donato (MI), Ravenna, Viggiano) provided by Eni. Abayeva also completed the "INTRODUCTION TO ENI FOR YOUNG GRADUATES" program offered by ENI corporate university (San Donato (MI)) in October 2013.
