Rachael Sands

Rachael Sands has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Rachael started their career as a Legal Executive at Canfields Law Limited in January 2011. After working there for over two years, they then joined Woodfines Solicitors in September 2013 as a Legal Executive. Following that, they worked as a Legal Executive at J R Sweeney LLP | Solicitors & Notaries Public from September 2015 to August 2017. Rachael then transitioned to NES Fircroft, where they held two roles. Rachael first worked as a Regional Legal Officer from October 2017 to September 2020 and then as a Commercial and Legal Officer - Employment Relations from October 2020 to September 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Legal Counsel at Iqarus, an independently managed subsidiary of the International SOS group since September 2022. In this role, they provide international employment and global mobility advice, managing labor and employment risks for the company.

Rachael Sands has a Master of Laws degree in International Corporate & Commercial Law from King's College London. Rachael also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from completing the SRA Solicitors Qualifying Examination. Prior to that, Rachael attended Hills Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge, where they studied French, History, Government & Politics, and Sociology for their A Levels. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in LPC from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
