Chen-Kai Kao is an experienced engineer specializing in epitaxial development and materials. Currently serving as an Epi Development Engineer at IQE since July 2014, Chen-Kai previously held the position of Epitaxial Material Engineer at Luminus Devices from January 2012 to June 2014. Prior to that, a role as a Research Assistant at Boston University was undertaken from September 2006 to December 2011. Chen-Kai's career in engineering began at CSIST, where responsibilities as a Process Engineer were held from February 1999 to June 2006.
