David Croce

David Croce is a seasoned professional in project and facilities management with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at IQHQ REIT since May 2021, David previously held the position of Director of Facilities Services at GCP Applied Technologies from August 2005 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing 300,000 sq. ft. of facilities services. Prior to that, David worked as Facilities Manager at W. R. Grace & Co Conn. from September 1999 to July 2005, overseeing the project management of capital construction projects, including laboratories and office spaces, while handling scope of work, bidding, permitting, and budgeting processes.
