Krystal Commons is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and corporate relations. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at iQmetrix since October 2011, Krystal oversees initiatives that empower the telecom retail industry through innovative software solutions. Krystal is also a Director at Chrysalis, focusing on the eco-system of companies that evolved from iQmetrix, while concurrently contributing to Cova Software as a leader in cannabis retail technology and with Ready in enhancing mobile ordering experiences. As a co-founder and Chief Experience Officer at both Teddy Chat and Minted Teddy, Krystal is dedicated to transforming pediatric healthcare and fostering impactful toys for future generations. Additional entrepreneurial endeavors include co-founding TOYMINT and PlayAlchemist, which emphasize investment through toys. Krystal’s earlier career includes significant roles at Taleo and Cytiva, combining operational leadership with corporate engagement. Educational background includes studies at The University of British Columbia and Athabasca University.
