Wilson Cu has extensive experience in manufacturing support and account management, currently serving as a Manufacturing Support Specialist at Delmiaworks, Dassault Systèmes since September 2019. In this role, Wilson achieved the highest number of cases resolved in 2019. Prior to this, Wilson held a similar position at IQMS from 2015, where responsibilities included troubleshooting customer inquiries and participating in implementation teams. Previous roles include Account Manager at Sambrailo Packaging, where Wilson generated potential sales opportunities of $7.5 million, and VIP Account Manager at Fullyarn Packaging (USA) Inc., where Wilson initiated the sales process for new accounts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
