Nora Erlano

Nora Erlano is an accomplished HR technology professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. HR Technology Manager at Irdeto since October 2023, Nora has previously held significant positions at HMSHost International, where roles included Manager of HR Technology and Control and HRIS Specialist. Prior experience includes managerial positions at MOBY GROUP and 2Interact, Inc., along with a Project Manager role at Symphony BPO Sdn Bhd, leading a payroll outsourcing project across multiple countries. Nora also served as Asst. HRIS Development Manager at Unilever, focusing on HR systems development and implementation, and began a career as an HR Assistant at Intel Corporation. Nora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a major in Computer Programming from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
