Molly Santillo

Molly Santillo, PsyD, is a seasoned talent management professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Management at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since June 2023. With extensive experience at Illumina from March 2020 to June 2023, Molly led initiatives to simplify talent review processes and implement executive succession planning. Previously at Zovio from January 2010 to January 2020, Molly managed talent management processes, developed a global talent review program, and contributed to organizational development strategies aimed at enhancing company culture. Educationally, Molly holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Additionally, Molly has experience as an Associate Faculty member teaching psychology courses at Ashford University.
