Since January 1998, Mark has served as Manager of Technology Development at both IRIS POWER LP and Iris Power Engineering, contributing to advancements in the field. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Senior Hardware Designer at Ontario Hydro Research Division from June 1985 to June 1998, where significant expertise in hardware design was developed.
