Stacey Austick has diverse experience in service and technical support, sales, and labor roles. At IRIS POWER LP since August 2015, Stacey coordinates service department operations, manages customer invoicing, conducts internal audits for ISO 9001 compliance, and provides global customer assistance throughout the repair process. In parallel, Stacey has been a sales clerk at Rexall since October 2008, responsible for customer service, payment handling, and inventory management. Prior experience includes a role as a Long Term Temporary Laborer with the City of Mississauga, focusing on city maintenance and equipment operation. Stacey holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate from Durham College.
