Heather Milam

Heather Milam currently serves as the Head of Americas Technology & Product Engineering at IRIS Software Group, where responsibilities include ensuring smooth engineering operations from conception to execution. Heather is also the Founder and Executive Director of Helping Orphans Win, a nonprofit dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of orphaned teens. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology at Travelport and Senior Leader Technology at Worldpay, where significant contributions were made in transforming delivery models and integrating solutions. Heather's earlier experience encompasses leadership positions at FirstGroup plc, Quest Diagnostics, and Computer Associates, focusing on IT strategy, new product launches, and quality assurance.
